I have 20 years of military service and over 10 years of Transportation and Security experiences over the District of Columbia, Colorado and New York City region including high risk environments. Received training on crowed management and crisis control. I have been employing the training I was taught in the military to keep personnel and businesses safe and have been very successful in doing so. I am a great asset to this team as I also enforce the discipline and standards I used in the military throughout this company.
Richard "Bumpy" Johnson
I’ve been in the security field for 20 years, in New York, Washington DC, and Pennsylvania. I started in the night life industry then excelled into executive protection and major events. I acquired training in crisis management and self defense, while providing proper training to our guards. Customer relationships are very important to me, from maintaining a standard including attire, attitude and punctuality. Proper communication is also important. Striving to exceed our client’s needs while providing a security viewpoint. One thing I always preach “ in this imperfect world , we will often fall short. However its about how we handle the mistakes and bad choices". Transparency is vital when building long lasting relationships.

Hello, I'm the newest to the BIA family after joining towards the end of 2019. Before joining the team I've been in private security for the last 12 years. I've worked all over New York and gained years of valuable experience that together we can improve on and set the standard. I feel that my vast managerial and entrepreneurial experience makes me a an asset to this company.
